It’s back to that particularity awesome time of year when the 626 Market transports us to the unparalleled experience of the Asian Night Markets. If you are even relatively familiar with the SGV, you know we have the hold on all things awesomely Asian. The 626 Night Market is like our mother-ship.
This Saturday and Sunday June 8 & 9, 2013 starting at 4 pm , Santa Anita Racetrack transoms into the Largest Asian Night Market in America. If you’ve been to Asia, then you know how great the night markets are. If you haven’t been to Asia to see it first hand this is your perfect opportunity to test the waters before booking a flight to Shanghai (which we also highly recommend). The 626 Night Market will host over 150 vendors with their delicious Asian eats, beers and cocktails, merchandise, music, art, films and games. It’s the ideal way to enjoy the warm Southern Californian evening warmth. It’s totally family friendly, but awesome enough that you can cruise out with your friends. Everybody wins.
The organizers of 626Night Market are expecting a full capacity turn out on Saturday. Get there early and/or don’t freak out. It will be there Sunday also.
