The 3rd Annual LA Street Food Fest returns to the Rose Bowl July 21, 2012. For only $45 for all you can eat (unless you want to get all VIP status for $65) sample signature bites from a curated selection of more than 65 street food vendors from hot gourmet food trucks, old school carts and stands to celebrity chefs and street inspired dishes from LA’s best restaurants. Two Singha beer gardens, more than a dozen top shelf tequila and mezcal labels in the ‘The Hallucination’ Tequila Tent sponsored by Rivera and Sailor Jerry Rum and Hendricks Gin cocktails at one of the bars should be enough to keep you well imbibed throughout the day. Don’t panic sober people and kids- there will be more than booze -including Honest Tea, Coba, Function, Activate Water and IZZE to keep you hydrated on a July afternoon at the Rose Bowl.
Bring a blanket and/or some chairs and plan on spending the day. You’ll want to take advantage of all the food choices, and that could take some time. Eat. Drink. Digest. Visit the Oh! Snap Photo Booth to have your photo taken on your own or with a Chef to memorialize the day and enjoy tunes from DJ Bianca. Parents can take the kids to have their face painted. Do it all while benefiting St Vincent Meals on Wheels.
