White Shrimp Mojito Cocktail Avocado/wasabi sorbet & House Cured Scottish Salmon “Cookie” with Parsnip puree 2. Thai Basil Consomme Ricotta wonton raviolis 3. Steamed Arctic Cod, Diced fennel, tomato confit and oven dried pancetta and micro greens “supreme” 4. Mignon of Prime All Natural Beef Tenderloin with Seared mushroom pastis, Butternut Squash, beet/Madeira jus 5. Hot Raspberry Gelee and Dark chocolate marshmallow served for two.
